Please advise us your reservation details well in advance, to enable us to fulfill your requirement accordingly. Booking code is a must before arrival

Voucher should be handed over to our ticketing staff when guest arrives at Bali Zoo, otherwise the guest or group will be requested to pay in cash

Any visit arranged without reservation will be charges at publish rate and commission will be paid based on the freelance scheme.
E. Insurance & Children Policy:
The company provides public liability insurance up to USD. 200.000 for a year.

F. Return Transport Policy Notice:

Pick up location from Sanur, Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran will charge at IDR 500.000/Car.

Pick up to remote area such as Pecatu, Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, Ubud or Candi Dasa will be an additional charge Rp. 200.000/Car

Leaving time back to hotel for morning session programs such as Breakfast with Orangutan, Morning Zoo Explorer, Exclusive Elephant Expedition, Morning Elephant Mud Fun is at 2.00 PM. Afternoon Zoo Explorer is at 5.00 PM and Afternoon Elephant Mud Fun program is at 6 pm.

Guests who choose to stay more than scheduled drop off time will be charged for Rp.50.000/hour for the late return fee by cash.
