TASTAZOO started operating in 2021 and is a tourist destination that operates in the field of educational tourism and nature and animal conservation, located in Angseri Village, Baturiti, Tabanan, Bali. TASTAZOO is located on land with an area of more than 20 hectares and is at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. This allows visitors to enjoy the fresh mountain air, cool atmosphere and beautiful natural views so that the visit becomes more comfortable and enjoyable.
TASTAZOO is equipped with a collection of animals consisting of herbivorous, carnivorous and aves species, both endemic and non-endemic. To provide a different experience, visitors can try our special Special Experience programs such as riding elephants (Elephant Riding), feeding elephants (Elephant Feeding), bathing elephants (Elephant Bathing), and taking photos with the animals. Apart from that, there are several animal education exhibition locations where our zookeepers will accompany us in the Keeper Talk program.
We also have various restaurants such as Rajawali Resto, Savanna Resto, Paradise Resto and Gajah Resto which serve dishes with national, traditional and western flavors. With large, unspoiled land, we also provide a camping site with views of Bali's urban lights which will definitely make your overnight stay even more special.
Participants with their own transportation to Bali Zoo and exchange the entrance ticket voucher at the Tasta Zoo counter.

a. These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to TASTAZOO.
b. Every visitor is expected to comply with the rules and instructions given by TASTAZOO officers.
c. TASTAZOO reserves the right to change rules and facilities without prior notice.
2. Entrance Ticket
a. Entrance tickets are valid for one day's visit to TASTAZOO, unless otherwise specified.
b. Entrance tickets cannot be transferred or refunded.
c. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Visitor Behavior
a. Visitors are expected to keep the environment clean and not damage plants, animals, or TASTAZOO facilities.
b. Bringing in food or drinks from outside is prohibited, except with written permission from TASTAZOO management.
c. Actions that disturb animals or other visitors are not permitted.
4. Safety
a. Visitors must follow the safety instructions provided by TASTAZOO officials.
b. Risky actions, such as feeding animals without supervision, are not permitted.
c. TASTAZOO is not responsible for accidents or damage caused by visitor negligence.
5. Camera Use
a. The use of cameras for personal purposes is permitted, however the use of flash is prohibited in some areas to avoid stress to the animals.
b. Commercial use of cameras or for commercial purposes must be approved in advance by TASTAZOO management.
6. TASTAZOO Closing
a. TASTAZOO reserves the right to close its facilities without prior notice, especially in emergencies or for routine maintenance.
7. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation of visits can be done by providing written notification to TASTAZOO management at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
b. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total bill if made on the day of arrival.
8. Payment
a. We accept payments via bank transfer, the designated bank account number is as stated on our bill
b. Payment must be received in full before the arrival date
c. Based on regulations from Bank Indonesia no. 17/3/PBI/2015 since 1 July 2015, payments must be made in Rupiah.
Regulations for every visitor within the TASTAZOO area:
1. Prohibition of Feeding Animals: Visitors are not permitted to feed animals except in designated areas and with food provided by TASTAZOO.
2. Do Not Disturb or Touch Animals: Visitors must maintain a safe distance from animals and are not allowed to touch or disturb them.
3. Obey the guardrail: Visitors are prohibited from crossing the guardrail or entering areas that are not intended for the public.
4. Cleanliness and Trash: Visitors are expected to throw away rubbish in the right place to maintain the cleanliness and health of the TASTAZOO environment.
5. Use of Cameras and Flashes: The use of cameras is permitted, but the use of flashes that may disturb animals is prohibited.
6. Special Rules for Children: Children must always be under adult supervision while at TASTAZOO. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
7. Do not bring pets: Visitors are not allowed to bring their pets into the TASTAZOO area.
8. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the TASTAZOO area except in designated areas.
9. Following Directions and Instructions: Visitors are expected to follow all directions and instructions from TASTAZOO staff.
10. Safety and Security: Visitors must immediately report emergency situations or suspicious actions to TASTAZOO officials.
11. Operating Hours: Visitors must pay attention to and comply with TASTAZOO's opening and closing hours. It is prohibited to enter the TASTAZOO area outside operating hours.
12. Do not bring prohibited items: Visitors are prohibited from bringing weapons, explosives or other dangerous items into the TASTAZOO area.
13. Special Exhibit Areas: Some areas, such as interactive or educational exhibit areas, have special rules that visitors must follow.
14. Vehicles and Means of Transportation: Private vehicles are not permitted to enter the animal area. Visitors must comply with the parking and use of transportation rules in TASTAZOO.
15. Interactive Activities: TASTAZOO offers interactive activities such as feeding animals or special tours, visitors must follow all instructions given by TASTAZOO guides or staff.
16. Appropriate Clothing and Footwear: Mountaineers are advised to wear clothing and footwear that is comfortable and appropriate to the weather and environmental conditions of TASTAZOO which tend to be cool and often rain.
17. Use of Drones: The use of drones or other aerial recording devices is prohibited to protect visitors' privacy and avoid stress to the animals.
